I love rain

Awka loves it, and so do I ^^. she does alot of poses I don't think deers do :'D but I've given myself some artist license as deers seem to be rather limited when it comes to poses.
the last 10 days it had been raining like crazy there, so yesterday I went out and made some study on clouds. actually, when it rains the sky is almost homogeneously gray/silver, these are more like when it's stopping and it begons to open. it may be the first time I like how my clouds turned out .
the color of the rocks are kinda closer to the place where Palq lives (here they are darker on average and usually "stained" by mosses, lichens, fungi, etc). but, these lighter rocks do happen here as well. if you are curious, here's a LJ entry with a travel report of mine, with several photos of what Palq's native place looks like: [link]
Awka's home is split, between the dense forest and the high Andes and its bizarre flora (I'm gonna draw some species in some moment. what looks "bald" by the distance, contains some of the weirdest and most beautiful herbaceous vegetation I've ever seen)
