i suck at bgs... yet no one can tell me i don't keep trying . i actually like what's in the horizon way much better than what's in the first plane. also need to learn to do water :/ looks too solid, almost like ice...

i used photo reference, however: [link] dunno where did i took it from, just was in my landscape photos folder. wasn't entirely loyal, just wanted to use some sort of guide because i was back then (started this img like 2 months ago, then left it), and now i'm sort of blocked again. when my creativity needs a break, i help myself with pictures or rl study, for which i don't have time now (even getting into the woods that surround this city would take a good while. and can't do them in the town because i feel homicidal every time some person makes me stupid questions, or worse, just sits to watch what am i doing. i just cannot stand it!)
and lately i've been learning some amazing facts about plants (they have really neat roots, among other things) SO expect moar tree art. durr hurr.
