So, dad is not going to get murdered. At least not yet. He may be kidnapped or subjected to weird experiments tho. And met the name of another doe... Frutilla means Strawberry, and she totally is the most red one, haha. In any case, in the next weeks I really wanna do a lineup/ref sheet of the red deer herd. I've been wanting to do it for a while, but sadly I had no time. Not sure how many followed their names, but 7/8 of the adults and all the fawns (3, now 2) have been revealed already ^^
This page has been made in record time, haha. Probably 5-6 hours total? I really rushed it so forgive me for the choppy art. I knida really like the pallette in most pannels tho. The dialogue may be "combed" later as well. The page is actually the half of a bigger one, and probably not cropped at the best place, but I couldn't finish 2 pannels more. Sorry if the art is kinda crappy D= This has been an insane couple of days. I became an aunt yeaterday, my second bro got married today, and I also turned 31.
BTW, if any of you guesses what are the scavengers, I will draw you a free sketch. Hint: they're all extremely common in South America, and normally show all together wwhen a dead thing appears.
Tonight I'm uploading something else, and also making a status ^^

Oh yes, the "kidnap their friends" rule. That one always helps.
I mean, geesh, did they already forget what happened when they drove her to desperation before? And they want to push her even further...
They should either make their peace with Awka now, or seek her out to kill her as soon as they get the chance. Involving someone else, especially when they're already far more powerful than she is, just amounts to giving her an ally when they finally do come to blows. :)
I'm not criticizing your writing, by the way -- the comic's been a lot of fun to read so far, and all of this is still believable character interaction. Just having some fun snarking at the villains here :D
