a long way to go

gah, finished!
in my dreams, there are certain geographical places (which don't exist) which keep constantly popping up. not en every dream, of course, but in quite a bit of them, plus they all are dreams with different themes, but the same atmosphere. their identity and names are constant, how they look is not. for a long time, some of my dreams passed in and around the Northern pole (especially North Siberia, Nunavut, Alaska, but often quite different to how they look irl), where i can even point out certain dreamy places, in particular a cave that i'm gonna draw someday.
a few nights ago, i had one of these dreams, but this time it passed near the Southern pole. i tend to have this "movie-like" vision in dreams, and this time i was with 2 unknown travelers goung through a massive range of mountains, obviously inspired in the Andes. but it was set more at the east, and Argentina&Chile (and probably most/the whole South America) seemed to not exist, it was a range in the middle of the ocean. i didn't know where does it start or finish, i was naturally on it as if it always existed, like today i live in the Andes withouth keeping its edges constantly in my mind. in the dream i didn't even wondered about them, i knew them. and at the west of it, there was a not-so-big white continent (like a small Antarctica) in the dream i knew it was obvoiusly inportant, now i don't know it was.

and PS: can you spot the three tiny travelers in the picture? they're not hard to find x)

oh, and those cotton-looking things between the mountains are low, dense clouds. i'm scared they may not be entirely told apart from snow at some points but wanted to include them for they were in tghe dream.

i didn't get to know its name, but i really hope this place pops up again sometime in my dreams C:

however, if you want truly eepic mountains, go watch he's amazing at them!

eh, one thing, guys: if i draw this kind of unconventional things, it merely means that i find them fun to draw, that i like them, that i find appeal and charm in them. someone recently said i'm an empty, arrogant "fake-artist" due to trying this sort of things, and let me tell you: if trying to explore and improve my own skills makes me an arrogant prick, so be it. i only want you to know that this arrogant prick likes to play with his own art and style, but will respect whatever you chose to do with your own art, because everyone will find what's the best for themselves, what they enjoy and what they don't. sometimes, this arrogant prick gives you suggestions. only suggestions, i no not attempt to push my own views on art down your throath. I know and respect the choice is always yours, and i only hope you respect that this is my choice. i don't "try to be original to look for attention" (geez, plants would be the least thing i'd draw if i wanted tons of attention), i just LIKE drawing these things. only that.
